Roads closed following serious collision

We have closed a number of roads in Stenson Fields following a serious collision this afternoon.

Wragley Way is closed at the junction with Beaufort Road, at the Arleston Lane end, and will remain closed for a considerable amount of time.

Please avoid the area if you can.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene just before 5pm after reports that a car had struck a pedestrian.

A man was found with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries and has been taken to hospital.

Officers want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information that could help our investigation.
