Crime prevention luncheon for South Normanton SNT
The dates are being announced as we head into the second week of Operation Relentless, a long-term campaign to target burglary, vehicle crime and robbery across Derbyshire.
It was brought in after consultation with the public has shown our communities are concerned about crime, and the risk of having their house or car broken into.
Two weeks’ worth of targeted activity will boost our officers’ efforts to tackle this type of crime, as well as robberies, while the operation is set to continue for the next 12 months.
Representatives and staff from partnership agencies, including our city, district, borough and county councils, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and local housing associations are working with us as part of the campaign, joining us at events and supporting the drive to make Derbyshire safer together.
We have had a busy first week of engagement for our teams throughout Derbyshire following the launch earlier this week, and during the second week you will be able to catch our officers at:
