Report a road traffic collision with possible offence but no evidence

If you've exchanged details with the people involved in the collision, you don't have to tell the police. See the Road Traffic Act 1988, Section 170 for further details.
However, If you believe one of the people involved has committed an offence, you can report it using the online form below.
Please note: if there's no supporting evidence of the incident taking place it's unlikely we'll be able to prosecute for a driving offence, but please report it to us anyway and we'll review the information in your report and take action if we can. If we can't take action now but new evidence or information comes to light, we may get in touch and investigate further.
