High Peak

The High Peak district lies in the North-west of Derbyshire. The district is a mostly upland area, with Kinder Scout standing 636 metres above sea level, making it the highest point of Derbyshire. The high peak is home to Buxton Opera House, famed for its Edwardian architecture.
