Please note: If you've submitted a road traffic incident report on this site, you'll be able to download a copy which you can send to your insurance company or solicitors.

If you need to report a road traffic incident please use our online service.

If you're a solicitor or insurance company, you can apply on behalf of your client for a copy of the collisions report.

How to apply

To request a collision report please email the collisions admin team and we'll send you a form to complete.

Please allow up to 12 weeks from sending an email to receiving a response.
