A Misconduct Hearing in respect of a serving police officer will commence at 10:00AM on Monday 29th June 2026 at Derbyshire Constabulary Headquarters, Ripley DE5 3RS.
This hearing is currently scheduled to last for four days.
The officer will answer allegations that his conduct breached the standards of professional behaviour in respect of ‘Discreditable Conduct’, ‘Authority, Respect, and Courtesy’ and ‘Equality and Diversity’ in that, the officer displayed inappropriate behaviour towards female colleagues which failed to maintain a professional boundary and/or had the potential to cause them to feel harassed by reason of their sex.
These allegations are contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
Members of the public and media may apply online to observe the proceedings in person.
If any member of the public or media wishes to observe this hearing, please pre-register by using the on-line registration form. Anyone who has not pre-registered will not be allowed into the hearing.
