The staff member answered allegations that their conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of ‘Authority, Respect and Courtesy’ and ‘Discreditable Conduct’ in that they acted in a manner towards a former partner which was unwanted, inappropriate and intrusive.

The staff member answered allegations that their conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of ‘Authority, Respect and Courtesy’, ‘Discreditable Conduct’ and ‘Equality and Diversity’, in that they used derogatory, discriminatory and abusive language towards a member of the public whilst on a night out. Furthermore, the member of staff subsequently received a court conviction for their above-mentioned behaviour.

The staff member answered allegations that their conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of ‘Discreditable Conduct’ and ‘Fitness to Work’, in that they drove to and presented for work whilst in excess of the permitted applicable limits.  

The former officer answered allegations that their conduct breached the standards of professional behaviour in respect of ‘Discreditable Conduct,’ in that, he abused his position as a supervisor and behaved in a seriously inappropriate manner towards female colleagues, which involved sexual impropriety and sexual violence.

These allegations are contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.

Gross Misconduct Hearing chaired by Senior Police Officer (ACC) – held in public

The officer answered allegations that his conduct breached the standards of professional behaviour in respect of ‘Discreditable Conduct’, ‘Authority, Respect, and Courtesy’ and ‘Equality and Diversity’ in that, the officer displayed inappropriate behaviour towards female colleagues which failed to maintain a professional boundary and/or had the potential to cause them to feel harassed by reason of their sex.

These allegations are contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.

Gross Misconduct Hearing chaired by Senior Police Officer (ACC) – held in public

The officer answered an allegation that his conduct amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour for ‘Discreditable Conduct’ in that, he received a conviction for misconduct in a public office.

These allegations are contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
