The former member of police staff answered allegations that their conduct breached the Standards of Professional behaviour for ‘Honesty and Integrity’ and ‘Discreditable Conduct’, contrary to the Derbyshire Police Staff Disciplinary Procedures; in that they were found to be in possession of a number of illegal images which were indecent, extreme and prohibited. The member of staff was subsequently convicted at criminal court and sentenced to a term of imprisonment. |

The former member of police staff answered allegations that their conduct breached the Standards of Professional behaviour for ‘Honesty and integrity’, ‘Confidentiality’, ‘Authority Respect and Courtesy’, ‘Orders and Instructions’ and ‘Discreditable Conduct’, contrary to the Derbyshire Police Staff Disciplinary Procedures; in that they persisted in inappropriate and unwanted conduct towards a work colleague. The member of staff was subsequently convicted at criminal court under the Harassment Act 1997 and the Data Protection Act 1998 and received a suspended term of Imprisonment. |

The former member of police staff answered allegations that their conduct breached the Standards of Professional behaviour for ‘Discreditable Conduct’, contrary to the Derbyshire Police Staff Disciplinary Procedures; in that they drove a motor vehicle on a public road whilst over the prescribed limit for alcohol. They were also abusive and obstructive when arrested. The member of staff was subsequently convicted at court for ‘Drink Driving’, resulting in their being disqualified from driving and a fine. |
