We are appealing for information following a crash between a motorbike and car which left two people injured.
The crash was between a grey Yamaha MT motorcycle and a grey Range Rover Evoque on Matlock Road at the junction with High Lane in Walton, Chesterfield, at about 5.20pm on Friday 11 September.
The motorcycle rider, a 37-year-old man, and the pillion passenger, a 20-year-old woman, were both injured.
Officers investigating the incident are now appealing for witnesses to please come forward.
An Audi car was being driven close to the scene around the time of the collision, and we are keen to trace the driver of this vehicle. If this is you, or you know who it is, please come forward.
We are also keen to hear from any motorists who may have recorded dash cam footage of the incident and have not yet spoken to officers.
