We are appealing for the public’s help after a man was stabbed during an attempted robbery in a Derby suburb.
The incident took place in a car park off Athol Close in Sinfin just before 4pm yesterday (8 April) as he and a friend fixed a broken electric motorbike.
The victim, a 21-year-old man, suffered a stab wound in his upper arm and has received treatment at hospital. His injuries are serious but not life-threatening or life changing.
Both suspects were men, with the first described as Black and wearing all black clothing riding an e-scooter, while the second was riding a pushbike and carrying a black backpack – they both left the scene onto Athol Close and then across Grampian Way.
