Today is International Men’s Day.
Many of you will have special men in your lives – fathers, brothers, husbands, partners. With this year’s theme being ‘celebrating men and boys’, it’s a day to celebrate everything they do for us.
It is also a chance to remind them that they deserve help and support when they need it, too.
Studies suggest that men who experience crimes like domestic abuse are less likely to report them.
This International Men’s Day, we’re raising awareness of the help that is out there - by speaking up about something you’re struggling with, you’re both ensuring you get the support you need and showing other men and boys that it’s okay to reach out for help.
