1. The local Safer Neighbourhood Team will complete regular speed checks in these locations, working alongside our community speed watch groups to help and support them to complete speed checks in these areas. We will also liaise with our colleagues in CREST to advise and educate drivers and take enforcement action against drivers where appropriate and necessary.
2. Increase high visibility patrols in the area, work alongside our partner agencies in the council to advise, educate and take suitable enforcement action where necessary.
3. Increase high visibility patrols within the area. Work alongside our Youth Engagement Team to engage with the young people, signpost them to positive activities within the local area and deliver inputs within schools to educate young people of the affects anti-social behaviour has on victims and the community. Consider completing Derbyshire Alert surveys with the young people to give them a voice and understand what activities they would like to see in the local area. Issue anti-social behaviour letters to the young people engaging in anti-social behaviour, and consideration to be given for other suitable disposals, such as Immediate Justice for reparative work to be completed and Acceptable Behavioural Contracts. Consider completing Derbyshire Alert surveys with residents and business owners to hear their thoughts and concerns.
