Your Safer Neighbourhood team (SNT) is a group of local police officers, Police Community Support Officers and Specials dedicated to serving your community.
We are proud to work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on preventing and reducing crime, protecting the vulnerable and providing reassurance across Derbyshire.
In order to set our priorities for the area the team will do the following –
• Attend council meetings where police and community share concerns and information
• Active social media pages where community ask us questions and informally engage with the team
• Regular high visibility patrols
• Hold a number of events to talk to people to get a better understanding of any issue and concerns
SNT profiles are:-
• Parking on A609 Woodhouse Road at the junction with Horsley Road, Kilburn.
• ASB of groups of youths gathering on Granville Close, Duffield.
• ASB of groups of youths gathering on Tamworth Street, Snake Lane area, Duffield.
