Your Safer Neighbourhood Team
Your Safer Neighbourhood team (SNT) is a group of local police officers, Police Community Support Officers and Specials dedicated to serving your community.
We are proud to work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on preventing and reducing crime, protecting the vulnerable and providing reassurance across Derbyshire.

1. ASB related to Drug Dealing in the Wenlock Close Area.
Action taken:
A closure order has been issued to a property within this area in relation to ongoing Drug related ASB which is having a detrimental affect on the community. This order prohibits any person other than the registered tenant from entering the address and is enforceable by Police and Council. Newbold Safer Neighbourhood Team will continue to patrol this area during key times and take enforcement action whenever possible.
