I'm Inspector Wildman and I am in charge of policing in Derby East.
My focus is on neighbourhood policing – tackling local issues, talking to the people who live and work here, and making sure everyone feels safe. I want us to rebuild that vital connection between the public and the police.
I have 18 years of policing experience and began my career in Swadlincote before moving to Peartree and later to Littleover. Before this role, I spent four years as a Reactive Inspector at St Mary’s Wharf in Derby North.
I believe in high support and high challenge – getting things done while backing our officers and partners to do their best work.
My promise is that we’ll show people what we’re doing and get to grips with the problems that matter most.
