We are Based at Ashbourne Police Station / Fire Station, Park Road, Ashbourne We work with Partner Agencies to make your area a safer place to live and visit. You can contact us and help decide where you think our priorities and focus should be along with any Neighbourhood issues affecting you.
Due to there not being substantial policing priorities identified in this area - safer neighbourhood team will prioritise speeding enforcement in Ashbourne’s town and surrounding areas

1. Speed Enforcement and Education: o Delivered by trained Safer Neighbourhood Officers to address local concerns and promote road safety.
2. Specialist Enforcement: o Casualty Reduction Enforcement Support Team to conduct targeted speed enforcement operations. o Roads Policing Teams to provide enforcement and education on high-risk routes.
3. Community Engagement: o Support and coordination with Community Speed Watch Groups to empower residents and raise awareness.
4. Intelligence-Led Approach: o Use data and community feedback to identify priority locations for enforcement and education.
