The Joint, Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee (JARAC) is a non-executive Committee and has no executive powers, other than those specifically detailed in the JARAC Terms of Reference (see 'Downloads').
The purpose of the JARAC is to provide independent assurance of the adequacy of the following:
