The Safer Neighbourhood Teams for Derby West cover Abbey, Littleover and Blagreaves, Mickleover, Normanton, and Rose Hill. We work with Partner Agencies to make your area a safer place to live and visit.

1.High visibility patrols in hotspot areas, information and intelligence gathering of riders, bikes and storage locations. Seizure of vehicles. Section 59’s and CPNW’s issued to riders. Education around reporting of these vehicles.
2.Under reporting, or incorrect reporting of ASB and incidents. In person and social media awareness around the correct ways to report issues, and to which agency.
3.Operation Safedrive- Joint vehicle enforcement operation between Derby West Safer Neighbourhood Team, Roads Policing Unit, VOSA and Derby City Council Parking Enforcement.
