Issued 26 September 2022
There have been a number of drugs warrants executed and arrests made in relation to the supply of controlled drugs which have seen a number of individuals imprisoned for their involvement in these drugs offences which blight local communities. Recently Orlando Piesecke has been sentenced for 6 years imprisonment. We have also arrested a significant number of persons involved in suspected county line operations. There are numerous investigations ongoing in to all. Those involved in the drugs trade will continue to be targeted by SNT officers, supported by specialist Police units. We work with partners to protect those at risk of being criminally exploited.
