Patrol strategy’s in place at designated times. Contact with the local community and councillors in relation to Community Speed Watch events.

Acquisitive crime vehicle crime, burglaries and theft of pedal cycles.
Action taken:
The Safer Neighbourhood Team attends regular meetings with local partner agencies and councillors to understand local community issues and concerns.

Tackling knife crime in the local community.
Action taken:
Our Safer Neighbourhood Team work with schools in the local area to deliver the schools input about knife crime. The team also have regular school visits talking to both students and staff and building a trusted relationship between the two agencies.

Off road motorbikes causing nuisance in residential areas.
Action taken:
Our Safer Neighbourhood Team are working with the local community and councillors with putting on Community Speed Watch Events. There will also be patrol strategies in place at designated times.
