With 19 years of dedicated service with Derbyshire Constabulary I have embraced and supported community policing, fostering trust, safety, and collaboration between the public and law enforcement. As a Police Community Support Officer, I have built strong relationships across diverse neighbourhoods, working proactively to prevent crime, support vulnerable individuals, and address local concerns with compassion and professionalism.
Throughout nearly two decades in the role, I have been passionate around community engagement, problem-solving, and public reassurance. Whether on foot patrol, liaising with schools, attending community events, or supporting victims of crime, I try to be approachable and reliable offering a reassuring presence.
