Retail Crime, we will: Continue high visibility and plain clothes patrols in known hotspot areas. Arrest and swiftly assist with investigations collecting CCTV statements. Engagements in hotspot areas. ASB, we will: Work closely with our partners, focusing on both prevention and enforcement of crimes involving anti-social behaviour, particularly those linked to the use of vehicles and drugs. Prioritising patrols and engaging with pubs and bars in Buxton especially as the summer is arriving, world cup fever and the Carnival just around the corner. Prevention & enforcement drugs we will: We will maintain a proactive presence through a combination of Hi-Viz and plain-clothes targeted patrols, informed by crime trend analysis and community intelligence. We will stop search subjects where information and intelligence allow and continue to arrest offenders for drug offences. We will work with residents and continue to collect intelligence to ensure we are building the picture of the drug market in Buxton.
