Plane crash in Ahmedabad
The UK is working with local authorities in India to urgently establish the facts and provide support to those involved.
For the High Peak area we have two neighbourhood teams; Glossop SNT cover the northern half of the High Peak Policing area whilst Buxton SNT cover the south, both areas have a mix of both rural and town centre beats. Some of our beats are miles of open countryside which is beautiful to look but is a work place for our farming communities and a recreational space for our visitors. We understand that different areas of our communities need different neighbourhood policing support and engagement from us at different times. We work closely with our partner agencies such as Peak District National Park, High Peak BC and Derbyshire Fire and Rescue to keep all who live, work and visit here safe.

There has also been an issue with dangerous parking around Schools in all our areas and we will be working with School/parents to educate about putting Children's safety first when coming out of school. 3.We are increasing our patrols both overt and covert We are offering Crime reduction advice should you require it and property marking events will be advertised. We encourage the use of Neighborough Watch and registering to be a member.
